You need a fleaTag tracker to receive real-time location updates. The fleaTag works with GPS for positioning and GSM mobile network to transmit the location to your app. 

GPS location signals can be negatively influenced by obstacles like buildings, or dense foliage, atmospheric conditions, interference from other electrical devices. 

The fleaTag works with a chargeable battery. Be sure it is properly charged before you attach it to your dog.

The location display on the map in the App indicates the time of the last GPS signal received from your tracker.

If your dog is roaming in a place where there is no GPS or GSM coverage or the tracker battery is empty, you will see the last location a signal was transmitted from, even if your dog has moved since then. 

That depends on the settings and the functionality you are using.

You can enter a location in your dog’s profile. This location is used to display on the friends’ map. In case you are using a fleaTag, the location of the fleaTag is also displayed on the friends’ map.

You can display location tracking and sharing in the settings.

You can add several dogs to your family. Go to your profile (by pressing the profile pic on the home screen), select Family, and add new members.

You can compare your family members’ metrics to see how active each of your dogs is on a day.

Remember, we take our doggies serious. Each dog has his or her own friends, messages, activities, or  scores.

Your fleaTag comes with a GSM SIM-card. As long as it is charged and  the GPS and GSM signals are not obstructed, you can find it’s location in your “find my dog” feature by pressing the paw icon – even if your dog lost the fleaTag while playing or being active.
